Guestify for business
Property managers, hotels, travel agencies and companies can use Guestify as a business. The business owns its listings, bookings, cards and payouts, and your team works on them with their own logins.
Log in to get startedGuestify has two kinds of accounts.
The account you sign up with. It's yours alone: your trips, your messages, your listings and your payouts. Every person on Guestify has one.
An account that belongs to a company. It has its own name, logo, listings, bookings, saved cards, bank account and payouts. Nobody signs in to it directly: team members open it from their personal account.
When you create a business account, you choose what the business does. The type describes your business to us and helps us show you the right features first.
Property management companies, serviced apartments and owners who rent out several homes.
Hotels, resorts and guesthouses that list rooms or units on Guestify.
Agencies and tour operators that book stays for their clients.
Companies that book stays for their own staff, for business trips, projects or relocations.
Any other kind of business.
The type is only a label. Every business account can both host and book stays, whatever type it has, and an admin can change the type at any time in the company profile.
One person can create up to 5 business accounts.
Use the account switcher to choose who you're acting for. It says "Hosting as" when you manage listings and "Booking as" when you book a stay. Pick the company to work for it, or "Yourself" to go back to your personal account.
Admins invite people by email. Each team member gets one of three roles.
Can do everything: listings, calendar, prices, reservations, guest messages, payouts, the bank account, saved cards, the company profile, verification, e-receipts and the team.
Runs the day-to-day work: listings, calendar, prices, reservations and guest messages, and can book stays with the company's cards. Can't change payouts, the bank account, cards or the team, and can't delete listings.
Can see listings, reservations, messages and earnings, but can't change anything.
Before a business account can publish listings, accept booking requests or book stays, it must be verified.
Travel agencies and companies can book stays on behalf of someone else.
Businesses that host can send their guests official Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-receipts automatically from Guestify.
No. A personal account can host as many listings as you like. A business account is useful when the homes belong to a company, when several people need to manage them, or when payouts must go to a company bank account.
Yes. Every business account can do both, whatever business type it has.
Yes. An admin can change it at any time on the company's Profile tab. It doesn't change what the account can do.
No. Only bookings made while the company is selected belong to the company. Your personal trips, messages and listings stay private.
Your own ID or passport for your personal identity check, and the company's commercial registration extract for the business.
An admin removes them from the Team tab. They lose access straight away, and everything they worked on stays with the business.
