Managing several homes? Host as a business on Guestify
For property managers, serviced apartments and hotels: one company account for your listings, a team with the right permissions, payouts to the company bank account and optional tax e-receipts.

When you rent out one apartment, a personal account is all you need. When you manage twenty, with a team answering guests, a cleaner on the calendar and an accountant who wants every payout in the company's bank account, a personal account gets messy fast. Whose login is it? What happens when the person who set it up leaves?
Guestify's business accounts are built for exactly that.
Personal account or business account?
You don't need a business account just because you have several listings. A personal account can host as many as you like.
A business account makes sense when:
- the homes belong to a company, not to you personally,
- several people need to manage listings, calendars and guest messages,
- payouts must go to the company's bank account,
- you want guests to see your company name and logo instead of a person's name.
A business account has its own name, logo, listings, reservations, guest conversations, bank account and payouts. Nobody signs in to it directly: your team members open it from their own personal Guestify accounts, and switch between "the company" and "myself" with one tap.
Who is it for?
When you create a business account you choose what the business does: property manager (including serviced apartments and owners with several homes), hotel, travel agency, company travel, or other. The type is only a label. Every business account can both host and book stays.
Your team, with the right permissions
Admins invite people by email. Each person gets one of three roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: listings, calendar, prices, reservations, guest messages, payouts, the bank account, the company profile, verification, e-receipts and the team |
| Manager | The day-to-day work: listings, calendar, prices, reservations, guest messages and sending an e-receipt for a reservation. Can't change payouts, the bank account or the team, and can't delete listings |
| Viewer | Can see listings, reservations, messages and earnings, but can't change anything |
A reservations team gets the manager role, your accountant gets viewer, and only the owners are admins. An invitation link works once and expires after seven days.
When someone leaves, an admin removes them from the team. They lose access straight away, and every listing, booking and guest conversation stays with the business. Nothing is tied to one employee's phone or password.
Admins and managers get booking and message notifications for the company, each in their own language. Payout and verification notifications go to admins only.
Guests see a business they can trust
Your listings show the company's name and logo, with a Business host badge. Before a business account can publish listings or accept bookings, it's verified: an admin, who has verified their own identity, uploads the company's commercial registration extract. Our team reviews every registration by hand before the account is verified.
Payouts to the company's bank account
Payouts for every stay go to the company's bank account, not to an employee. Only admins can add or change the bank account. The earnings page shows what's coming and what's been paid, for the whole company.
Official tax e-receipts, if you need them
If your company issues Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-receipts, Guestify can send them to your guests automatically. You register a point of sale for Guestify on your ETA profile, enter its details, and choose when receipts go out: when the guest pays, after check-out, or only when you press a button on the reservation. If a stay is refunded, a return receipt is sent automatically. This is optional: companies that don't need it simply leave it off.
Booking stays too
The same account works the other way round. Travel agencies and companies can book stays on behalf of clients or staff: pick the company at checkout, pay with one of the company's saved cards and enter who's staying. The trip appears in the company's trips, where any admin or manager can follow it up.
Getting started
- Log in with your personal account, switch to hosting, and open Menu → Business accounts.
- Enter the company's name, CR number and contact details, and choose the business type.
- Verify your own identity, then upload the commercial registration on the company's Verification tab.
- Invite your team, add the company's bank account, and create the company's listings while the company is selected.
The full details are in our guide to business accounts. And while Guestify is new, there are no host fees for now, for companies as for everyone else.
