Guestify is opening soon. The first 100 verified hosts pay no host service fee on stays during the first 3 months after launch, and get a Founding Host badge on their listings and profile.
Hosts normally pay a 3.42% service fee (3% plus VAT) on each payout. Founding hosts pay nothing on every stay that checks in during the first 3 months after launch day.
Your listings and your profile show that you were one of the first hosts on Guestify, for as long as you host with us.

On Guestify’s public launch day, the same day for every founding host. Any stay that checks in before the 3 months end has no host fee. If you join after launch, you get the time that is left.
We don’t have a date yet. Bookings open as soon as our payment provider activates online card payments for Guestify. Founding hosts hear first.
Yes. The spot belongs to your host account, so every listing you publish gets the badge and the 0% fee.
The standard 3.42% host fee applies to stays that check in after that date. You keep the Founding Host badge.
No. Guestify charges guests no service fee. The price you set is the price guests see, plus any cleaning or extra-guest fees you add.
The Founding Host badge appears on your profile and listings as soon as your first listing is published. If all 100 spots are taken, we’ll say so on this page.
